When we founded LuminateCX, we kept hearing the same frustration from organisational leaders: they'd invested in the tools, hired good people, and engaged consultants — and still felt like they were running to stand still. The technology estate was growing but the customer experience wasn't improving. The data was accumulating but not informing decisions. The capability existed on paper but wasn't translating to outcomes.
