What is the commitment during Evolve?

The SPARK session is a no-cost 90 minute discovery session.  These sessions are held with Executive leaders, Senior Directors and VPs.

Our IGNITE process typically takes between 4-8 weeks depending on the requirements.  We look to engage with senior and executive level stakeholders during this time to ensure that we are 100% aligned with the organisation vision.

The RADIATE support program is an ongoing enterprise strategy and governance as a service that keeps you on track.  Depending on requirements, this could operate weekly, Monthly or Quarterly.  It is combined with ongoing Blueprint updates.
